Pricing Policy

All prices on this web site are listed in U.S. funds.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be a satisfied customer. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any item purchased from Fishingmap.com

1. If you want to return an item, you must pay the shipping to get item back to us. As long as the item is returned to us in new condition within the thirty day time period, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping charges. If the return is a result of a defective item or a mistake on our part, we will also reimburse you for the shipping to get the item back to us. If you want to return the item because you decided you didn't want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

2. If you want to exchange an item , you must pay the shipping to get the item back to us. As long as the the item is returned to us in new condition within the thirty day time period, we will issue a credit and apply that credit to another item. If the exchange is a result of our mistake, we will pay the return shipping and the shipping for the new item. If the exchange is not a result of our mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping for the new item.

3. To return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Service at service@fishingmap.com with the original invoice information. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return the item for refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days to receive your order for the Standard Shipping and 3-4 business days for Priority Mail shipping. Listed below are the shipping rates for those services.
