Caddo Lake Map by AID Lake Maps

This map is printed on both sides of a 23"x36" sheet of waterproof tear resistant paper. Caddo Lake is fairly shallow and there is no depth information on this map. The map features a GPS grid with detail for boat roads, oil and gas wells, flooded timber, boat ramps, submerged buildings, and more.

Lake Caddo is located on the Big Cypress Bayou northeast of Marshall in Harrison and Marion counties. Some of the lake is in Texas and some in Louisiana. Caddo started as a natural lake originally impounded in 1914. The current dam was built in 1971. The lake has a surface area of 26,800 acres and a maximum depth of 20 feet.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife reports excellent fishing for Largemouth Bass, Crappie, White Bass, and Sunfish and good fishing for Catfish and Chain Pickerel and fair fishing for fishing for Spotted Bass.
